Why I founded Go Between
After 27 years at a Championship football club, working across 1st team and Under-21s player care and player liaison, I made the decision to step away and do something for myself.
Over the years, I built close relationships with players, managers, staff, and agents — and it was many of them who kept telling me the same thing: “You should go out on your own.”
So, after some time out and a lot of thought, I did. Go Between UK was born from everything I learned in nearly three decades inside the game — a service built to bridge the gap between players and agents, taking care of the things agents don’t always have the time (or inclination) to handle.

I know there is a space between want an agent wants and what needs doing day to day. I understand 1st hand what players, managers, staff and families need off the pitch. This is exactly why I have created Go Between .
